If you have made a one-time donation in error or wish to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling +1 480 692 5185. Cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled charge. Refunds for past recurring charges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
